We have represented contractors, design professionals, and owners in hundreds of lawsuits, arbitrations, and administrative board hearings across Tennessee and regionally involving a variety of disputes including defect, differing site conditions, delay/acceleration, worksite injury and death, lien/payment, and professional liability. Clients also retain us as outside general counsel to satisfy their general business needs.
