LCA manages court litigation proceedings before Italian and European Courts, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial law: shareholder litigation; disputes stemming from M&A transactions; D&O liability, including in bankruptcy proceedings; construction matters; consumer litigation and unfair commercial practices; protection of personal and corporate reputation; banking and finance litigation; disputes concerning software and IT contracts. Moreover, thanks to the admission of some lawyers to foreign bars and to an international network of selected foreign law firms, LCA can manage proceedings before non-Italian courts.

The Firm also assists  clients in ad hoc and administered arbitration procedures before Italian, foreign and international institutions. Practicing arbitration, either as party’s counsel or as arbitrators, has allowed a continuous improvement of the professionals' skills, trained through an active participation to the initiatives of the main national and international arbitration institutions.

In line with recent national and European trends, LCA finally pays great attention to ADR instruments (mediation, assisted negotiation, dispute boards). In this area, negotiating skills are of fundamental importance.
