The ever-changing landscape of EU and Greek energy law is one of the biggest challenges investors and energy companies involved in the Greek energy market have to face. With a solid grasp of the regulatory and legal complexities involved in developing or acquiring energy projects, we provide full scale advice to clients from the start-up investment phase all the way up to the mature stages of a project’s construction and operation as well as day to day advice thereafter.

Our energy law team consists of both specialized lawyers as well as of lawyers with strong multidisciplinary backgrounds – ranging from Greek civil, corporate and administrative law to international law and sector-focused international arbitration. As such, we regularly advise developers, contractors, investors, consultants and lenders on a wide range of energy projects, such as large-scale PV, Wind and Waste Management projects while having been involved in most of the major privatization transactions in the Greek energy markets including but not limited to DEPA S.A and DESFA S.A.
