In the area of Dispute Resolution KŠB represents its clients before (i) national courts, including the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, (ii) international courts and bodies, including the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union (former European Court of Justice) and the General Court of the European Union (former Court of First Instance), and the European Commission, (iii) arbitration tribunals, including arbitration tribunals conducting arbitration proceedings under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and the arbitration rules of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, and (iv) various public law bodies, including administrative authorities and tax authorities.

KŠB has extensive experience especially with contractual relationship disputes, disputes over damages, corporate disputes (including disputes on the invalidity of general meetings resolutions), employment law and labor law disputes, competition law disputes, and intellectual property rights disputes (including trademark law disputes). For completeness it should be noted that KŠB represents its clients also before administrative courts, including tax litigation.
