Our dispute resolution practice equally comprises pre-trial advice, advocacy and associated risk assessment, out-of-court settlement and representation of corporate clients and individuals in arbitral tribunals and courts at all levels.

Having already established a considerable track record in domestic commercial and civil litigation cases before the local courts, we have successfully expanded over the last years our dispute resolution practice in high-profile international arbitrations conducted inside and outside Greece, as well as in large-scale and complex international disputes involving multi-jurisdictional proceedings and/or multi-jurisdictional matters.

Our Partners with academic capacity, have often been appointed arbitrators in tribunals in several international and domestic arbitrations.
