We act for a variety of clients including developers, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, celebrities, banks, investors, landlords and tenants across commercial property transactions, development projects and high value residential sales and purchases.

We advise on:

  • sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties (including properties being bought off plan, new builds and listed buildings)
  • lease extensions
  • leasehold enfranchisement
  • rights of first refusal
  • borrowing by the owner
  • advising lenders on purchases, sales and security documentation

We also assist a number of clients with the day to day asset management of their portfolios. This includes:

  • the grant of leases whether inside or outside of the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • redevelopment of buildings on the relevant estate
  • reviewing and advising on heads of terms
  • collateral security (rent deposits, guarantors etc.) on any new letting
  • title issues relating to the sites and wider regeneration considerations
  • day to day management including alienation or alteration provisions within a lease or filling void space with temporary occupiers, etc.
