- Advised on the sale of 60 Curzon Street, Mayfair, comprising 42 luxury apartments in this stunning location and whose gross development value is expected to be around £600 million.
- Advised Valouran on the sale of their super-prime apartments at 54 Bishops Avenue.
- Advised on the sale of all of the apartments to date at the luxurious 8 Eaton Lane development in Belgravia.
