Our competition law specialists advise domestic and foreign clients in contentious matters before the Swiss Competition Commission and before civil courts. Many of our clients are market leaders in the Swiss markets (or a relevant submarket). We regularly advise on merger control filings before the Swiss Competition Commission. 

Furthermore, our team is experienced in advising clients in proceedings related to sector-specific regulations in the energy and telecommunications markets.
