The Lexoo teams manage B2B commercial contract negotiations form start to finish for clients and have specific expertise in the tech sector. Clients include start-ups who do not have a legal function, through to corporates who often have high volumes of lower value B2B contracts where in-house resource is not cost effective. Lexoo is able to playbook and offshore this type of work with escalation points agreed with the client. Lexoo uses a mix of onshore and offshore lawyers for this work. Lexoo can also assist with contract re-papering and due diligence projects, usually in relation to restructurings and M&A transactions. The teams take ownership of these large-scale projects to deliver high quality outcomes to clients within appropriate time frames and at a reasonable price point.
