Whilst J.S. Held has experience conducting investigations globally, the expertise of the London-based team predominantly lies in Russia, the CIS, Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa. The Middle East and Asia are covered locally by our international offices.

Typical assignments include:

• Evidence gathering in the context of anticipated or ongoing litigation and arbitration claims;
• Proving jurisdiction for proposed counterparties in litigation;
