We assist in all stages of mining projects, starting with mineral exploration or exploitation up to obtaining the respective concessions, as well as in the development, financing and commercial operation of the project. We provide legal assistance to Chilean and foreign investors, banks and financial institutions that grant financing to mining projects in Chile. Our firm also provides counsel for appropriate protection of mining concessions, either before the courts or governmental agencies. We defend concessions in process; provide chain-of-title studies of mining concessions and mining companies, in particular those governed by the Mining Code and to constitute easements and other rights whether over public or private land.
