Jadek & Pensa competition law team provides full service competition law advice and representation to multinational and Slovenian clients in various industries.

We regularly advise our clients on their contractual relationships with distributors and suppliers and on competition law compliant cooperation with competitors (e.g. joint bidding, specialisation agreements).

We also help tailor pricing policies to companies which may hold a dominant position and assist them regarding compliance with abuse of dominance rules.

We have vast experience in providing competition law compliance trainings, including guidelines for compliant day-to-day operations adapted to specific needs of a client's industry, and dawn raid trainings. We also make sure that no competition concerns in IP or public procurement settings remain unaddressed.

Our team has considerable know-how in handling proceedings before competition protection authority in complex matters, in administrative proceedings due to alleged infringements of competition law and in misdemeanour proceedings with regard on fining. We have also represented clients at civil courts in antitrust damages claims.

Competition law team also deals with competition law aspects of M&As, and is experienced in conducting due diligences and implementation of transactions in line with competition law requirements, as well as taking care of respecting merger control rules.
