We act for a number of funders and lenders dealing with LPA/FCR work, mortgagee sales and general recoveries. We’re experienced at all areas of recoveries advisory from initial strategy discussions, advising on events of default, demand and reservation of rights letters to dealing with all aspects of enforcement and assisting in redemptions.

We've worked closely with a high street bank to produce an enhanced AML due diligence protocol to apply to buyers from the Bank or receivers to minimise this risk. In this we are industry leading.

The Sheffield team are known as the leading restructuring & insolvency team in Sheffield, being the largest team in Sheffield by a significant margin.

We act for all Insolvency Practitioner firms in the Sheffield market on corporate restructuring and insolvency assignments and for national Insolvency Practitioner firms on corporate court work matters.

We additionally carry out a large national portfolio (150+ live cases) of contentious insolvency matters, including KPMG (now Interpath), RSM and Mazars. We’re viewed as the leading lawyers nationally by these clients in terms of our expertise and capacity to deal with high value / complex matters.
