We advise a number of institutional lenders on a variety of secured lending matters. We are highly regarded and skilled in this area, continuing to build relationships with private and mainstream lenders.

Another large part of the team’s work is acting for tenant occupiers taking new or renewal leases (including re-gears) either as stand-alone transactions or part of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Our team has a vast amount of experience in advising on the negotiation of share or asset purchase warranties and indemnities and the property support work involved in mergers and acquisitions generally.
