In 2022 alone:
- Coke Oven Workers litigation: we were successful in recovering damages for claimants in the British Steel group action agreed in March 2022.
- Rix v Paramount Shopfitting Company– Court of Appeal clarifying the law that will ensure future claimants involved in assessment of damages in fatal claims are better provided for.
- Three large settlements this year (2022) for work-related stress claims for healthcare professionals employed by the NHS.
