The firm’s specialist practice group handles a vast range of international and domestic arbitration matters (ICC, LCIA, SCC). The firm has handled numerous institutional and ad-hoc cases in various jurisdictions (Greek, French, Swiss, German, English, Swiss and Swedish).

The firm has a solid track-record in arbitration related proceedings before Greek and other foreign domestic courts, working closely with international law firms, including annulment and enforcement proceedings, and conservatory measures.

The firm has substantial experience in investment arbitration as well, being currently involved as lead counsel in a pending investment arbitration case before ICSID, representing a major construction company. To date, we are the only Greek law firm to act as lead counsel in investment arbitration proceedings. 

The firm’s lawyers have been involved in a variety of litigation cases and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including construction, insurance, white collar crimes, corporate malpractice and corporate securities, litigation arising from accounting irregularities, restructuring and energy-related matters. The firm represents clients before the domestic civil, criminal and administrative courts (in ordinary proceedings, interim measures, proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments).
