Well known in Italy thanks to its Senior Partner Pietro Ichino, whose career has always been focused on this practice area not only as a lawyer, but also as a teacher at university and a member of the Senate of the Republic of Italy. The department now includes around 40 experienced lawyers, who have practiced litigation broadly for many years even before the National Highest Courts and the European Court of Justice. Client categories span from the banking sector to technology, automotive, entertainment, utility sectors, including branches of multinational companies and global groups. Assistance and representation are provided to Italian and foreign businesses of all sizes. Deep experience in all main industry sectors and tailored assistance to both company and individual clients are distinguishing features of the department.

Practical and legal advice is tendered on a full spectrum of issues, bargaining practices,  unions and social security matters (also including  different types of pension funds), as well as legal services for all employment-related disputes. Our representations include cases and actions in Courts regarding either individual or collective contract termination, wrongful termination, claims for higher positions, claims for damages for harassment, demotion, or unsuitable work, and social security issues.

Based in Milan and Rome, the firm assists clients located in the whole Italian territory, including branches of international companies.
