Our team also stands out as consequence of its interdisciplinary optic, with special care in human resources and industrial relations analysis linked to our day-to-day labour legislation expertise. Due to this interdisciplinary view, we have been engaged by several clients to provide in-house training to Human Resources Management teams.

In addition, considering the current context arisen due to COVID-19 spreading, our team has advised our clients regarding different measures to preserve employment relationships and salary payments, advising also in procedures of collective terminations or temporary suspension of labour contracts before the Ministry of Labour.

Moreover, our labour department has advised our clients in the implementation of the Surveillance, Prevention and Control Plan to avoid COVID-19 of spreading at work and the application of new health and safety measures established by Peruvian Government.
