We provide advice in environmental permit planning, consultancy services, due diligence for transactional purposes, legal counsel in administrative inspection and/or sanctioning procedures, criminal enforcement and environmental litigation. We also identify, systematize, and verify compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory obligations through the preparation of matrices and the performance of audits.
