We have participated to some of the biggest and most sophisticated financing transactions in Peru in the last 5 years. Among recent prominent transactions, we advised: (I) three of the largest global investment funds (Elliott Management, Monarch and Bain Capital) in the restructuring of the Gildemeister group’s existing debt in the framework of Gildemeister’s insolvency proceeding opened in the State of New York; (ii) a syndicate of banks (BBVA Perú, Interbank and BCP) in the structuring of a US$135,000,000.00 bridge and medium term loans to Talma to acquire 100% of the Enfoca Group's shares in the Talma Group; (iii) the Inter-American Investment Corporation in the structuring of a US$85,000,000.00 loan facility to Enel Green Power Perú S.A.C.

We are one of the few Peruvian teams shortlisted by the five key local banks (Banco de Crédito del Perú, BBVA Perú, Scotiabank, Banco Santander and Interbank), we regularly advise global and very sophisticated financial institutions, development banks and private investors, and we regularly collaborate with the top-tier global law firms on complex transactions.
