Our Digital Legal Delivery (Digital) practice group has a range of products and services which are geared towards supporting clients to better manage their business contracts – from basic contract organisation and readiness, through to solutions which enable clients to "do more for less", manage risk, and unlock hidden value with data-driven decision-making – absorbing that burden on in-house teams, and streamlining to create efficiency and consistency.
Digital team members are experienced in supporting clients with contract lifecycle management mandates – providing both end-to-end support, or assisting with a defined step in the lifecycle. They can provide a full range of services in relation to the review (data capture or RAG/risk reviews), negotiation and execution of high volumes of commercial contracts as a service. Operating as an extension of their clients' commercial in-house, procurement, or sales teams, they focus on supporting day-to-day contracting needs using strong processes and workflows, including by developing playbooks to deliver consistency and efficiency.
