Gwilym is co-founder of Henderson & Jones and an accountant with over 10 years’ experience in insolvency, restructuring and audit. Gwilym sits on our investment committee and provides forensic accounting expertise on disputes.
Gwilym started his career in Audit at Deloitte in 2006, he then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2014 before co-founding Henderson & Jones with Philip Henderson in 2016.
Gwilym is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW and a full member of R3 and Insol International. He has a Masters in Physics from the University of Nottingham.

Philip is co-founder of Henderson & Jones and an experienced commercial litigator, specialising in complex financial services and insolvency disputes. Philip is General Counsel of Henderson & Jones and sits on our investment committee.
Prior to co-founding Henderson & Jones in 2016, Philip spent 11 years in private practice as a commercial litigator at Freshfields, Eversheds and Shakespeares.
Philip is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales with Higher Rights of Audience. He has a law degree from the University of Newcastle.
