The Real Estate & Tourism Department is a key department of the firm; with tourism being an important economic factor in the country and with increasing foreign investment in this area, the department has seen a growth in the work load and projects. Grupo Punta Cana, one of the largest tourism groups in the country and owner/operator of the international airport at Punta Cana is client of the firm. The firm also represents Playa Grande Golf Resort, a large tourism project on the country’s north coast, in its development. Tropicalia, a development by the Cisneros Group anchored by a Four Seasons Resort, is a key client of the practice.
