Banking & Finance: 
The firm has been involved in major multimillion dollar project financing in South East Asia. It has also acted for the first three State companies listing at the Cambodia Securities Exchange. Furthermore the firm acted for two major banks in the financing of US$421m to a large telecoms operator, for a group of international banks providing a US$60.5m syndicated facility to the largest microfinance institution in Cambodia; and for a group of international financial institutions in relation to their sale of equity in a largest microfinance in Cambodia.

Major Projects:
These include major hydropower and power transmission projects, international finance, aviation, telecom, project finance, large-scale real estate development, mining and economic land concessions.

Litigation:
The firm continues to represent multinational companies in negotiation and dispute resolution proceedings at all levels of courts and government authorities in Cambodia.

Intellectual Property:
With almost daily dealings with the Cambodian Department of Intellectual Property Rights, the firm has wide experience in dealing with a full range of services in this important area of the law.
