Strengths According to one client: "They collaborate extremely well, yet are not afraid to debate openly among each other to battle-test ideas. Through this process, which I witnessed several times, ideas and arguments would be battle-tested and refined. I knew that they were working on other cases as well, yet they always made me feel like I was their top priority and gave me their undivided attention at all times of the day and all days of the week. I'd imagine that they treat all their clients the same way."

According to another source: "The team is really top-notch. They work in a closely knit manner, demonstrate a high level of competency and sophistication and they are into concrete facts and details. Their defense strategy was based on hard-core facts and evidence. This is a high-quality legal team which delivers results. They are highly intelligent and they handled every aspect of the lawsuit with grace and diplomacy."

Work highlights Represented Whitepages in a case brought by competitor Spokeo alleging breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraud and seeking $27 million in damages. After a five-week trial, the jury rejected four out of five of the plaintiff's claims, and found in favor of Whitepages' counterclaim of breach of contract. The King County Superior Court subsequently agreed that the one remaining Consumer Protection Act claim did not apply.
