By combining the capabilities and international experience of our lawyers advising on fund formation, corporate and securities law, tax, energy, infrastructure, real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, and restructuring, we are able to support our clients in maximizing value from any given private equity transaction.
Our private equity team advises on four primary fields: acquisitions of portfolio companies; fund formation; advice to portfolio companies regarding corporate and securities matters, financings, and reorganizations; and exit strategies.
