Our Tax practice provides all types of tax law advice, including domestic and global corporate tax, reorganizations and cross-border structuring, capital markets & financial products, taxation of high net worth individuals and trusts, transfer pricing, indirect tax, real estate tax and tax controversy and tax litigation, including white collar offenses. Our Tax team has extensive experience in leading negotiations with the Israel Tax Authority in all tax-related issues and represents clients before all judicial bodies, including the Supreme Court of Israel, in tax litigation and appeals. Our firm has won many breakthrough cases over the years. 

The team is particularly well-known for its creative thinking and innovative domestic and international tax planning, including, in particular in multi-jurisdictional matters.

Our team also deals with the process of filing Voluntary Disclosures before the Israel Tax Authority and the representation of clients before the ITA, including conducting negotiations and obtaining debt settlements, for both Israeli private clients and companies. Over the past year we have completed countless Voluntary Disclosures on behalf of our clients in an accumulated amount of USD billions.
