GLO has established a professional lawyer team in anti-trust, national security review and anti-unfair competition since 2008 when the “Anti-trust Law” became effective.
Our team consists of partners and lawyers with extensive practice experience. Many members of the group once worked at domestic and foreign anti-trust law enforcement authorities (e.g., the MOFCOM, NDRC and AICs, DGCOM of European Commission) or served as judges at courts.
With such background, they offer clients a unique combination of experience and insight as both a regulator/
judge and a lawyer. In addition, some of our partners and associates have profound industry background (e.g., the pharmaceutical
industry) and/or intensive experiences in other practices (e.g., intellectual property), and are thus well-equipped for highly-sophisticated issues.
