Our lawyers have extensive experience in bank lending, capital markets and structured finance covering all types of tangible and intangible assets as well as real estate. They have well-known expertise in securitisation, bond issues and the issuance of equity securities, in both domestic and international markets, and deal with the legal aspects of over-the-counter derivative products as well as derivative products offered on regulated exchanges. We also specialise in arranging and documenting structured products on all types of underlyings (fixed income, equity, commodities, credit, weather, etc.).


Our Financial Services team acts for French and foreign management companies, banks, financial institutions, and investment funds to advise them on their structure, regulatory framework and activities, as well as in banking and financial disputes, whether disciplinary (AMF, ACPR, etc.) or judicial.
