Overview

Gide's Banking & Finance practice offers a comprehensive range of services to meet the full spectrum of banking and finance issues faced by clients. Gide's International Capital Markets team is one of the undisputed leaders on the Paris market, offering clients comprehensive services thanks to integrated and specialised team of French, American and English lawyers. The team is involved in all types of operations on capital markets, and in particular:

• The issuance of debt securities, structured or unstructured, such as stand-alone issues, EMTN and covered bond programmes, private placements (EuroPP), public offers, high-yield bonds, hybrid instruments eligible for Tier 1 and Tier 2, warrants, certificates, negotiable debt securities, debt buybacks and restructuring;
  
  
• IPOs, privatisations, capital increases, block sales, secondary offerings and issuance of convertible or exchangeable bonds;
  
  
• French, English and American law, and in the latter case on SEC-registered transactions, 144A and Regulation S offerings, private placements (USPP), and all regulatory and tax aspects related thereto.
