2022 saw GESSEL further entrenched in our position as a leading advisor to the private equity and venture capital sectors in Poland, as affirmed by our Legal Advisor of the Year title accorded by the Polish Private Equity Association (the PSIK 2022 Awards). 

GESSEL’s Private Equity practice is led directly by Marcin Macieszczak, our firm’s managing partner; apart from being the largest unit within our firm, it also ranks among the largest and most experienced M&A/PE practices in the Polish legal services market.
