The firm has acted as counsel in public procurement and infrastructure projects, including highways, hospitals, real estate developments and urban image at the federal, local and municipal levels. Gaxiola Calvo has also acted as legal counsel for the granting of federal, state concessions and or municipal, public-private partnerships, related contracts and / or participation in the instrumentation of financing related to, among other, the following projects: highway conservation packages tendered by SCT; design, construction and operation of IMSS and ISSSTE hospitals; massive paving programs and electronic toll services; and water and wind power plants.
