Since our inception in 2011, we have been serving local and foreign corporations of major sectors.

We represent aggrieved employees and employers at the Labour Court, Industrial Court and all levels of Malaysian courts in a full spectrum of employment and industrial relations disputes, particularly restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets and confidential information, unfair dismissal claims, fixed term employment contract, and compensation issues. Our work cover non-contentious aspect of employment and industrial relations practice, including strategic planning and training, drafting of employment contract, advisory for dismissal and retrenchment of employees, and cross border employment issues.

Both our partners, Mr. Gan and Ms. Ashley Lee Sze Ching share about the legislative changes and upcoming developments, they are the co-authors of a book chapter entitled “Industrial Action: Strikes and Picketing” in the textbook of “Law and Practice of Employment Law in Malaysia”.
