The team provides advice on a vast range of issues including:

  • Breach of directors’ duties, shareholder and partnership disputes,

  • Claims arising out of insolvent businesses such as claims based upon preferences and transactions at an undervalue
  • Financial services disputes,
  • Construction disputes,
  • Trust issues.

Freeths has a strong and impressive client base.
