The corporate team is supported by specialists within the fields of Employment and Pensions, Tax, Regulatory, Finance, Property and Construction, Intellectual Property and Competition. 

The team has had another extremely busy year building on the success of previous years.

During 2021, the team has continued to adapt extremely well to the challenges presented by the pandemic and specifically the lockdowns.  The team have demonstrated their ability to be agile by working remotely during the lockdown periods while maintaining an efficient and effective approach to  deal completions and providing a full client service. 

Private equity remains an extremely strong area for the team and this year has seen the team lead on three major private equity transactions.  In addition to that, international corporate work has been a key feature for the team over the past 12 months with the team leading on a number of international transactions including advising the French corporate, Egis Group.

The team continue to be tier 1 advisors for a number of in-house legal teams at established corporates, such as Tarmac, Travis Perkins and Aldi.

The team was nominated for Corporate Law Firm of the Year (2021) at the Insider Dealmakers Awards 2021 and also received nomination for the categories for Deal of the Year, SME Deal of the Year and International Deal of the Year.
