We have by design a higher proportion of senior lawyers than our competitors, who are mainly London based firms which rely on junior lawyers processing rather than focusing on the real issues that matter commercially and resolving them quickly and economically. Our clients are industry experts who demand high levels of experience and commercial expertise to close issues down and get documents agreed and disputes settled as quickly as possible, delivering value to the client’s balance sheet.  This is not the classic law-firm model with a partner at the top and a team of juniors below incurring costs going through every issue on a text-book basis.
