FDMA’s tax team consists of 3 partners and 3 associates, all of them possessing a strong theoretical and practical legal background in relation to a wide spectrum of tax matters. Our department has an extensive experience in complex tax and custom litigation as well as in a variety of direct and indirect taxation matters and provides high level advisory services to domestic and international clients on taxation and tax planning implications arising in the course of their business.

Our client’s list includes major domestic and international entities and banking institution (Lafarge, Intracom, Vodafone -Panafon, Nestle Hellas, SEKAP, The Swatch Group (Greece), HEL.PE, DEPA, EDA Attica , Alpha Bank, Eurobank, EADS 3 Sigma, Multy Foam, ION, Adecco, MEDOCHEMIE, VIOCHALCO, MBDA) as well as high profile individuals. We are also one of the law firms collaborating with UBS Switzerland for handling and addressing tax related issues of its Greek investors. We have successfully handled a number of audits relating to Lagarde list investigation while our client list includes numerous high-net-worth individuals (investors, executives etc).We are also constantly instructed by national and international undertakings in order to provide our expert opinion on a wide range of matters including tax planning, tax treatment and implications of various domestic and cross-border transactions.
