FDMA’s Dispute Resolution department is one of the largest in Athens and one of the few handling both commercial (arbitration and litigation) and administrative law cases. The team represents our clientele before both civil and administrative courts as well as before the court of auditors. Our team is very well established for international arbitration and commercial litigation work and possesses vast experience on all types of litigations. Commercial matters tend to be arbitrated rather than litigated in Greece, due to confidentiality and timeliness. In the field of tax and administrative law our dispute resolution team is market leading, given the number and the significance of the cases that it handles.
