FN’s TMT team has two subareas: one in charge of telecom and media, with emphasis on regulation, litigation and complex negotiations; and one focused on technology, data and cybersecurity, mainly devoted to compliance, preventive tasks, negotiations and projects.

The team is involved in matters across several industries (telecommunications and media content creation, retail and e-commerce, finance and banking, entertainment, and event production, pharmaceutical and cosmetics among others).

It advises companies regarding specific sectorial regulation; banking transactions and e-commerce; specialized contracting; information security, privacy and personal data protection; cross-border transactions involving technological services; technological transformation processes; prevention and compliance; antitrust procedures; substantive IP and information technology law; tariff setting processes and public-private interaction; and administrative procedures and litigation arising from these matters, among many others.
