About

Provided by Fasken

More than ever, public owners and private stakeholders are seeking flexibility and greater collaboration to respond to project complexity and market realities, which is driving innovation in project delivery models; we are at the forefront of such innovation, bridging public-private needs.

Infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3) projects come in all sizes, types of development and combination of stakeholders. Projects and project financing now involve more cross-border transactions, multiple levels of government and input from stakeholders. Delivery models are also adapting to a fast paced environment where procuring authorities are seeking greater flexibility and collaboration with the private sector – alternative delivery models such as progressive P3’s, alliance models, alternative finance and procurement (AFP) and other approaches are being utilized with increasing frequency.  Fasken has been at the forefront of developing alternative delivery models and as such is very well placed to advise all project stakeholders on the implications of these shifting procurement approaches.
