Strengths
Factor has a very strong team committed to supporting us, above and beyond the regular requirements of their role. They have supported us in creating playbooks from scratch and bringing an outside-in view around processes and procedures. Their team leadership is also exceptional and, contrary to other firms we have dealt with, they ensure their employees have a good career path and work-life balance. The impact of this is very low rotation, which would then impact us as well having to re-educate new joiners on all our processes, playbooks and stakeholders, etc.

The Factor team supporting our workstreams has had a low turnover rate, which allows the team to gain a deeper understanding of our workstreams and avoids it spending significant time onboarding new team members. Factor has internal tools and know-how that they're able to leverage to increase efficiency in supporting our workstreams, including AI tools and capabilities.
