Strengths
Exizent produces a user-friendly, adaptable solution which is regularly updated and refined to meet the changing demands and needs of the sector. Communication and guidance is clear and tailored to our firm.
It is the only platform of its kind, as far as I know. The staff are really good at answering any difficult questions you may have or finding something out.
I consider their strength being the affordability for small firms providing this service to clients. Other tech solutions can be out of reach financially. Exizent has been affordable for me from the outset.
I believe Exizent does stand out from other suppliers as they focus only on one business area: executries. A focused system tends to have a cleaner interface and simpler configuration because it is not trying to accommodate multiple unrelated legal departments. As they are specialists in the area, they keep pace with changes in executry law and tax requirements.
