Eversheds Sutherland’s global tax practice comprises over 160 professionals across more than 20 jurisdictions, with significant tax capabilities across Europe and in the US. The team advises a global client base, including leading multinational corporations and financial institutions, across a wider range of specialism including private equity, real estate, insurance, finance, funds and financial services, tax controversy and employee incentivisation planning, on a cross-border basis.

In the UK, Eversheds Sutherland has one of the largest tax teams within a UK law firm and provides a full range of services across all areas of business taxation, with particular strength in international work.

The team frequently leads on multi-jurisdictional mandates, coordinating closely with colleagues across the firm’s global offices.  The team is consistently recognised for its tax experience, most recently being awarded Best International Tax Team at the 2024 Tolley’s Taxation Awards.
