The success of our litigation team is owed to the remarkable members of our team. The head of the team is Raiko Lipstok, a leading litigator in civil law, public procurement disputes, and arbitration cases. Raiko has also been appointed as an arbitrator in multiple arbitration court proceedings. The co-head of the team, Toomas Pikamäe, is one of the most experienced litigators in Estonia specializing in public/administrative law. Between 1 January 2021 until 30 May 2024, Toomas has eleven times represented clients in the Supreme Court of Estonia.
