The Firm´s Dispute Resolution practice focuses on mediation, arbitration and mainly civil and commercial law litigation for our local and international clients. The Firm’s qualified lawyers have vast experience working in courts and arbitration. The Firm’s team actively manages over one thousand court cases. The Firm has also represented Ericsson in a USD 8,203,089 breach of contract damages claim and BBVA PARAGUAY S.A. in a USD 18,000,000 claim where promissory notes have been enforced. 

Recent experiences involve advising:

• Inversiones Hoteleras del Paraguay (IHPSA) in an arbitration before the Paraguayan Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAMP) against RICSOFAN S.A., for a sum of USD 2,500,000.

• Consorcio Aqualogy (member of Grupo Suez) in an arbitration before the Paraguayan Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAMP) against Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios del Paraguay (ESSAP), for a sum of USD 9,000,000.

• Seguros Generales S.A. (SEGESA) in a claim before local courts against Constructora Heisecke S.A., for a sum of USD 850,000.
