Tax Team provide compliance sevices, such as due diligences, review of Corporate Income Tax returns ("Modelos 22") and Personal Income Tax returns ("Modelo 3") reviews, tax refund claims, Transfer Pricing Documentation, among others.
They also develop intensive activity in tax litigation, both in the administrative and the jurisdictional phases, and Tax Arbitration as an alternative mean of dispute resolution.
The EA Tax Team has been involved in several national and international corporate restructurings, mainly focused on mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions of companies dealing with all aspectas of corporate taxation and international taxation.
