Overview

Ehrlich & Fenster is a leading Israeli Patent and Trademark firm, with vast knowledge and experience on an international level. Founded in 1995, the firm specializes in all matters concerning protection and prosecution of Patents, Trademarks, Trade secrets, Copyrights, Designs and Plant Breeders’ rights,  on a wide spectrum of technological fields.

Our strategic edge lies, among others, in our ability to pinpoint the single technology or set of core technologies which often hide in the labyrinth of the development work or behind the discovery. We help our clients isolate these assets. We then analyze and evaluate the “proprietary extras” that provide the winning edge. Bearing our clients’ future goals in mind at all times, we incessantly assess potential opportunities and directions in which to further develop these assets.

The firm handles over 50,000 IP related files, drafting and filing applications for major international Corporations, Institutions, Governmental Institutes, Universities and Individual clients from around the world, inclusive of multinational, international and fortune 500 companies, which constitute about one third of the firm’s clients, on the one hand, and Nobel and Wolf Prize laureates on the other hand.

Our legal team, comprises over 50 jurists, attorneys at law, patent attorneys and technical advisors, experts and holders of advanced academic degrees (typical Master or Ph.D degrees).
