The dispute resolution team at Dunning Rievman & MacDonald advises clients on domestic and international disputes of great complexity and in connection with a wide variety of industries and issues. Our practice includes, but is not limited to, the representation of companies, sovereign states and individuals, advising on complex disputes as well as on the use of treaties and/or agreements for investment protection, the design of mechanisms for resolving disputes, conducting pre-litigious negotiations, hearings, advising on the execution of judgments and arbitration awards, and advising on third-party/litigation funding.
Most of our attorneys are bilingual or multilingual, and we have the ability to provide counsel in multiple native-level languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese and Turkish. We frequently appear before the world’s leading arbitration institutions (International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), among others. We also represent clients in ad hoc proceedings, which are often governed by the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and before a number of domestic US arbitration platforms.
