Duncan Lewis' Immigration and Public Law department, based across England and Wales, are experts in all aspects of human rights, asylum and deportation. The team has a broad practice representing clients in matters involving immigration; asylum and human rights and deportation matters, with a niche specialism in immigration and civil liberties claimant judicial review matters. They have significant experience in immigration detention cases with high net claims for damages and challenging immigration removal cases, particularly third country removal cases.
The department houses teams that are led by directors who are experts in their field. The majority of the team are accredited at Level 2 and Level 3 under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Scheme.
