  • Advised on the sale of NCell (the market-leading Nepalese telecommunication operator) by TeliaSonera to Axiata, at an enterprise value of US$1.37 billion.
  • Acted for the selling shareholders of two hospitals in Malaysia, Mahkota Medical Centre and Regency Specialist Hospital, to SGX-listed Health Management Group (“HMI”) for S$183.2 million.
  • Advised an Italian luxury fashion house on various corporate and commercial agreements involving various jurisdictions (Singapore, Korea and Indonesia) in connection with its proposed business expansion plans.
